Australia is one country that has been able to produce a substantial quantity of local Fruits & Vegetables.  We have been blessed with home grown Tomatoes, Bananas, Potatoes, Lettuce, Herbs and more.  During recent times we have experienced the cost of living increasing, including our food items.  For some this may mean having to cut back on fresh foods or meat for day to day living.  For others planning special events such as weddings; planning for a more cost effective method of catering.
