History of MONDO Bartenders

We've been providing the events industry with a premium mobile beverage service since 1997. MONDO have hosted intimate beverage degustations to travelling roadshows across the country and we've catered for some of the industry's most unique and exclusive events. We have set up mobile bars in aircraft hangers, roof tops of high rise buildings in the CBD, luxury boats, islands, beach fronts, marquees, corporate offices to some of Sydney's most iconic venues such as the Overseas Passenger Terminal, The Hordern Pavilion and Carriageworks - we mean mobile! Our Sydney base studio of colourful beverage professionals have a world of beverage ideas on the boil to make your event a function to remember. We invite you to our studio to meet our team and try our new seasonal menu.

We have a commercial kitchen on site with a team of chefs who prepare our fresh components of the drinks and also create our house blend syrups and liqueurs to our requirements.

MONDO, the Italian word for 'world' seemed only fitting for MONDO bartenders. While our cocktail recipes are enjoyed the world over, it is our 120 strong international team of award winning bartenders that brings life to your party. Hosting bartenders from England, Czech Republic, France, Holland, USA, Italy, Thailand, Indonesia, Ireland, Sweden and Japan. Mondo Bartenders are proud to maintain a high standard of responsible service. All our beverage staff and production team are Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accredited. We have been issued with a NSW Caterers Liquor Licence and have current Public Liability. We display the appropriate signs at all beverage services. We also supply a first aid kit as part of our package at all all events.

The law and our responsible service policy stops us supplying alcohol to people who are:

Drunk, disorderly, under 18 or buying alcohol for under 18s.

We are responsible hosts in our community through;

Training our staff, having courteous staff, caring for patron safety and not disturbing neighbours.

 

We serve and care for our patrons by providing;

Non-alcoholic drinks, low alcohol drinks, food with drinks, advice on safe travel and a safe venue.
